Student Services Representative
PC ProSchools, The Midwest's Premier provider of Information Technology (IT) Training and certification is seeking a Student Services Representative to join our Indianapolis Team.
The Student Services Representative is responsible for coordinating the activities of student services in support of the policies, goals and objectives established by the Manager of Student Services. The candidate will work with our students by monitoring student attendance and helping students complete their education.
Roles and Responsibilities:Regulate student files electronicallyAct as a liaison between students, instructors and Manager of Student ServicesUpdate and manage student watch listTrack/schedule student certification testingCoordinate mentor scheduling between student and instructorsMonitor student progressReview student services responsibilities to coordinate current policies and proceduresManage test centerUnscheduled/scheduled student meetingsOther miscellaneous responsibilities
Qualifications:Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional attitudeExtreme attention to detailAbility to multi taskAbility to follow business practice/processesThe desire to help others succeed in their educational goalsPreferred 1-3 years of Teaching, Coaching or Mentoring experienceBachelors Degree/Associates Degree preferred or equivalent experience
