Staffing Sales Executive

Alphanumeric Systems, Inc., now in its 30th year of success as one the Carolina's leading technology providers, is continuing to expand and is seeking strong Staffing Sales Executive for Raleigh, NC. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling staffing solutions including contract staffing, outsourcing and direct placement, to prospective and current accounts within their assigned geographic territory. Overall responsibilities include meeting quota and revenue targets and prospecting and developing new accounts. The position requires new business generation. -Develop and execute monthly sales plan to maintain and expand sales within territory-Identify and qualify sales opportunities Responsibilities include: -Proactively identify and sell staffing engagements including direct placement, temporary and contract staffing and outsourcing opportunities.-Prospect and generate staffing leads -Develop and implement strategies to maintain and/or expand sales within an assigned territory.-Provide account management and client support-Work effectively with recruiting to close opportunities in assigned accounts/territory.-Contributes to business forecasting by providing account trends and sharing future client needs. Requirements: -At least two-three years related staffing sales experience.-Experience and success both developing new accounts and maintaining current relationships.-Strong skills in prospecting, presenting and closing to decision makers.-Excellent communications skills and presentation skills.-Demonstrated knowledge and experience in demand generation and quota attainment-Strong understanding of the IT industry.-Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.-Daily regional travel in North Carolina.Apply Now!
