Sr. Windows Network Administrator

Description The Senior Network Administrator for all aspects of corporate server infrastructure. This includes a wide variety of systems including corporate communications systems (Exchange, Blackberry ES, phone system), MS Windows File/Print/DB servers, and MS Windows desktops. This is a senior level position. The person filling this role is expected to be the in-house subject matter expert on the corporate IT server infrastructure and will provide leadership to junior members of the IT support team.  Responsibilities -Support Windows 2003 File and Print Infrastructure and Exchange 2003-Work with backup administrator to develop and maintain data back-up/recovery procedures for Windows server.-Provide tier III support & service of desktops, laptop computers, printers and other peripheral devices.-Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions-Develop Best Practices for Windows desktops and servers-Create and maintain technical documentation and "How-Tos" for theIT Dept and for users. Skills -BA/ BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline-4+ years experience as a Network Administrator-Expert level knowledge of Windows server technology (including Windows 2003 server, XP, Exchange 2003).-Exceptional Customer Service Skills -Strong verbal and written communication skills Benefits include a safe harbor matching 401k and 100% company paid health insurance premiums.
