The ideal candidate will possess:At least 6 years of client/server and or/Internet/Web application development experience utilizing Visual Studio, C#, .NET, MS SQL Server in a Windows 2000/2003 MS IIS environmentStrong working knowledge of structured development methodologies (SDLC)Ability to analyze, diagnose an resolve software problems for developed applicationsWork with users to define requirements for new systems development and enhancementsStrong project planning, estimating, problem solving and analytical skillExcellent interpersonal and communicaton skillsBachelor's degree preferredMicrosoft certifications a plus as well as Reporting Services and SharePoint
