They do not want the back end technical web designer.ObjectiveAs a key member of the design team within the global Corporate Internet Marketing, this role is responsible for the development and implementation of design solutions for a variety of projects including product launches, banner ads, promotional landing pages, and new site features.This position will touch projects spanning the globe and will be viewed by millions who visit the suite of customer-facing client websites each year.Corporate Internet Marketing is comprised of the premier internet marketing thought leaders for the client, a company with over 50,000 employees worldwide and considered the world's leading document management technology and services enterprise.Position duties:- Work closely with worldwide internal marketing partners to take business objectives and translate them into visual solutions- Collaborate with content strategists, information architects, and project managers to develop site improvements and additions based on business objectives, usability studies, metrics, and real-time polling data- Create and deliver design layouts, production-ready art, and specifications as necessary to development and production teams- Work closely with development teams on implementation of designs- Storyboard complex rich media sitelets- Participate in frequent brainstorming activities- Create and prioritize production level projects- Extend corporate branding styles to new website designs and graphics- Support 18 different language requirements in designs- Contribute to and help evolve the corporate website style guideQualifications- BA in design or relevant work experience- Strong communication skills- Organize, prioritize, and carry out multiple assignments without direct supervision- Must be a team player- At least 5 years of professional corporate web design experience- Experience writing creative briefs and presenting design layouts to a wide variety of clients- Deep interest in web marketing and strategy- Experience in multi-lingual, global websites preferred- Expert Photoshop user- Motion design experience required (no coding necessary) Apply Now Location: Portland, OR, 97070Status: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/ProjectJob Category: IT/Software DevelopmentCareer Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) About COMSYS COMSYS IT Partners, Inc.
