Scope
SPECIFIC TASKS
Standard Job Description:
The Sr. Systems Architect will lead a team of analyst and developers to collect information from COCOM and Service Component IO planners and the ISIO analysts that support them, and from the activities and organizations that conduct ISIO within the Department to develop a fully vetted list of the specific intelligence requirements required to develop a prototype net-centric web portal. The prototype web portal will provide links to IO subject matter experts, collaborative workspaces for requirement and product development (to include a blog/chat capability), and links to single-source and all-source products in support of IO. The Sr. Systems Architect will coordinate all activities associated with the development of the prototype portal with JFCOM’s IO Joint Management Office (JMO), charged with developing the IO Range and IO planning and integrative analysis capabilities for DoD. Experience with portal tools that meet DoD net-centric standards and are currently accredited for use on SIPRNET and JWICS is a must.
Typical Minimums:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
10 years relevant experience
Required Skills:
- DoD system support in intelligence environment
- DoD net-centric standards
- SIPRNET and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) network experience
- JAD experience and iterative (prototype) development
- Oracle 10g web portal/database development and LDAP experience
- Systems integration experience
- Occasional travel to government site (passport required)
