Activities include the following:1. Generate test plans2. Develop test procedures3. Execute test procedures or perform testing4. Develop test reports5. Manage product development defects6. Manage projects using MS Project Your Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for managing the development & execution of Design Control deliverables, including the following:a. Review SW requirements documentationb. Develop Test Strategiesc. Develop Test Plansd. Develop Test Casese. Develop Test Procedures (i.e. Test Scripts)f. Manage Traceability mapping of requirements to test cases to test cases & using Caliber a plusg. Execute Test Plans & Test Scriptsh. Manage Defect Reportsi. Generate Test Reportsj. Support Risk Management activities (Patient Safety & Security)2. Responsible for supervising SQE 3 & SQE intern resources3. Responsible for acting as Project Team Lead managing complex projectsa. 1-2 years minimum project management experience using MS Project4. Responsible for Managing issues and interfacing with cross-functional R&D departments Your Profile: 1. Bachelors Degree in a technology oriented discipline2. 5 to 10 years experience in a software quality organization 3. 1-2 years minimum project management experience using MS Project4. Familiarity with software test techniques, manual & automated5. Ability to write test plans, test cases, test scripts.6. Ability to execute test plans & test scripts7. Ability to manage defects, (and using ClearQuest a plus)8. Good communication and teamwork skills9. Familiarity with Risk Based Testing methodologies10. Experience with medical device software, Class 3 a plus11.
