Sr. Salesperson

Hollstadt & Associates, Inc. (H&A), founded in 1990, is a management and information technology consulting firm, providing consultants who “Help Clients Change and Grow™�.

 

H&A is looking to organically expand by adding a key member to our sales team. The primary role is to profitably grow revenue by adding new accounts and expanding existing accounts.

 

The ideal candidate for the role will have 8+ years sales experience in the areas of management consulting and information technology, selling services to all levels of the organization.

 

The successful candidate must have:

 

· A drive to succeed in any market conditions

· Over 5 years experience in selling professional services

· Impeccable ethics

· Professional approach and demeanor with outstanding communications skills

· An understanding of the full sales life cycle.

· Strong history of balancing multiple competing priorities

· The innate ability to network with buyers, potential buyers and influencers

· Exceptional account management experience managing single accounts up to $4,000,000 in annual revenue

· More than eight years of overall sales experience with outstanding results

· Completed multiple professional sales training programs

· Bachelor’s degree
