Sr. RF Engineer

Position: Sr. RF Engineer Location: Sterling, VASalary: 85-90K Requirements BEEE with extensive experience in circuit design and manufacturing production/processes Hands-on experience with Radio Frequency and cabling testing techniques and test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and associated accessories) in addition to RF free space and chamber testing Working knowledge of Microsoft based products such as Excel and Word Have at least 2 to 5 years supervisory skills in a manufacturing/production environment Have knowledge of cable phasing techniques and beam forming networksCandidate must be able to work in a dynamic atmosphere while supervising between 3 and 5 technicians.  The candidate will be responsible for the day to day production of the technicians, work with the Director of Engineering to allocate resources, work with Director of Engineering and Program Managers to establish priorities and assign work to technicians, and develop and write detailed work orders for the assemble and testing of antennas and supporting accessories.  Candidate must be an effective communicator and motivator.  Experience with machine tools and their operation, AutoCAD, and Lab View are a plus.  To apply, please email your resume as Word document to shuang@talenthunter.net .
