Sr. LoadRunner Performance Testing Engineer

> 3+ years experience with HP/Mercury LoadRunner, TestDirector
> 3+ years experience with HP Quick Test Professional (QTP).
> IBM Rational suite of tools (including Rational Performance Tester.
> Full life cycle experience implementing enterprise class, modern software development methodologies including ITIL
> Certifications in (at least one of the) HP/Mercury or Rational Suite and Rational tools will be viewed as a  plus:

1) LoadRunner
2) Rational Performance Tester

> Experience writing complex automated scripts and scenarios
> Experience performing Load and Stress Testing of enterprise class applications
> Experience reviewing results and presenting performance findings
> Experience developing test plans
> Experience writing test reports

Positions requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The successful candidates will be self motivated and willing to continually improve their skills to stay on the cutting edge of technology. Must be able to analyze, write requirements and design documents, develop use cases independently or as a member of a team effort.
