Envision LLC is looking for Senior Java Developers to be responsible for developing and testing of client application code related to Commercial Business Applications. The individual will work in a collaborative environment involving but not limited to a Project Manager, Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts to ensure the timely delivery of a quality client application. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): GUI design, application code development, XML schema development, generate/parse XML, execution of unit and acceptance testing, utilization of the automated test infrastructure for the project and identification of application code and services for reuse.
Required Experience:3 years core Java development experience (J2SE)JSPServletsJDBCCollections API3 years Advanced SQL experience1 years XML experience1 years Junit experienceTwo or more projects successfully implemented utilizing OOD/OOP.Test-First Development Methodology experienceExcellent communication and team skills and a strong work ethic.
Desired Experience:CVS and ANT experienceSuccessful application development utilizing iterative/incremental approaches. XP (Xtreme Programming) experienceExperience using agile methodology on multiple engagements
Required Education:
B.S. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
