Impacting Senior level recruiter with 5-7 years of successful experience. Recruits, researches, interviews, screens, and refers job candidates for Logicalis job openings in information technology services arena. Candidates possessing strong work ethic, tenacious and active sourcing, effective communication and expectation management, passion for Information Technology recruiting thru high levels of effective activity will be very successful in this vital Logicalis role.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Confers with Solution Sales and Solution Services to identify job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills
- Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Initiates contact with possible qualified candidates for specific job openings
- Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and provides information about the organization and position
- Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with others in organization
- Writes and places job advertising in various media
- Develops and maintains contact with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants
- Makes public presentations at schools, organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and opportunities
- Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates
- Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants
- Performs reference and background checks on applicants
- Coordinates communications with applicants
- Files and maintains employment records for future references

Requirements
- Senior level recruiting experience with a history of success with time sensitive recruiting - possessing solid work ethic, along with result oriented activity to maximize potential for candidate selection
- Bachelor's degree preferred in related field; 5 years experience in technical recruiting in assigned market. May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written presentation abilities
- Knowledge of professional services business (IT)
