Join us and you’ll be inspired to discover your own mix of professional advantages and personal rewards.     This function works in the business analysis phase of the system development cycle and consults with users to define business processes and the information systems for supporting those processes.    This includes the ability to independently drive the development of:Clinical Data Reference Model Conceptual data flows Conceptual data models Model management processes  This individual will also provide strategic business guidance and oversight in developing:Clinical Data Reference Model Data governance process Metadata Management process Data Quality Management process Reference Data Architecture for Clinical Transaction and Analytical Data Stores Plans to meet short-term and long-term objectivesQualifications Demonstrates expertise in leading-edge modeling techniques and technologies.  Demonstrated history of deploying new concepts, technologies and products to meet emerging customer requirements. Proven ability to influence technology direction based on business needs. Experience designing capabilities with multiple database technologies. Familiarity with data integration techniques. Familiarity with Service Oriented Architectures. Proven ability to make segment-wide and/or enterprise-wide impact. Experience directing cross-functional and/or industry-wide teams.
