Their responsibility is to ensure that business process changes are properly identified and delivered, supporting the business through the implementation process. In addition, each Sr Business Process Lead may be responsible for the development, documentation, and implementation of new or modified business system software supplied by other third-party vendors.The incumbent is expected to have a thorough knowledge of the corporate and division business environment, business processes, and software applications. The Sr Business Process Lead is considered the business process "expert" and can blend IT solution methodology with six sigma processes to solve complex business process issuesThe Sr Business Process Lead will be focused on the following functional process area: Project Management, with a focus on processes and systems for executing significant oil production projects from quotation through manufacture. Will involve processes and systems for project scheduling, project financial management, manufacturing in a project environment, managing project execution.Principal Accountabilities:1. Consults with management regarding business strategies, the capabilities of the existing system, and uses of those capabilities to satisfy those business requirements 2. Consults with business organization to determine and document requirements for modifying or creating new business applications to support business requirements, and implements those improvements. 3. Uses Six Sigma methodology, initiates project plans and other documents to lead process change. 4. Performs project management tasks, including the production of project specifications, project plans, and other documents5. Provides technical-level user support, business-level user support, and appropriate training for current, new, or modified SAP or external business applications.6. Examines results of changes made by programming staff to ensure that results are correct.7. Resolves application problems in the area of responsibility.8. Identifies and recommends new tools and procedures that will lead to improved performance in the assigned area of responsibility.9. Enforces Information Technology (IT) guidelines and procedures, in accordance with policies set forth by management.10. Maintains current technical and business expertise.Nature and Scope:The Sr Business Process Lead is responsible for identifying, configuring, and testing application systems to handle new application requirements or to support changes in the Cameron organizational structure. In addition, the Business Process Lead debugs problems and performs project management tasks, from project definition through project implementation. The Business Process Lead's area of responsibility does not typically include application programming, data architecture, or data management.Qualifications:BA or BS degree. Excellent leadership skills. Extensive knowledge of SAP configuration.
