Radiant's IT Business Consulting Services division is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead contract Staffing marketing efforts at our South Plainfield NJ headquarters.

This position can Lead to Director Level

Leading by example your responsibilities will include: Build, motivate and monitor your team, participate and manage the business development pipeline; build and sustain client relationships; drive growth and gain market share for your group. Penetrating new markets and developing new business (US Market) Qualifying, communicating, generating and negotiating all scope, financial and engagement timing elements within sales process Creating and maintaining an accurate sales 'pipeline' Developing and qualifying new business leads Obtaining and coordinating executive meetings to communicate Radiant’s strategic solutions, Developing and executing account plans, Managing the full sales cycle on new client accounts, Ensuring revenue growth in the accounts, Managing client expectations, Meeting or exceeding set targets, Ability to uncover business issues, identify problems and tie potential solutions to business value.

As a successful candidate you will require the following:

 

·          Several years of experience in the IT staffing sector.

·          Solid experience working with Global 1000 clients.

·          Experience working with vendor management services.

·          Detail and process oriented.

·          Excellent presentation and communication skills.

·          Experience in working with senior executives.

·          Ability to develop relationships at all levels.

·          Managing team of marketing/ sales professionals located nationally and offshore (India).
