Additionally, employees in this role are considered role models within the sales team with the skills, abilities and experience to lead, cross train and mentor other sales representatives.Primary Duties and Responsibilities Meets and/or exceeds assigned sales productivity goals and/or quotas on a regular basis. Focuses on developing and expanding new accounts. (65%) Leads, mentors and cross-trains other sales representatives to a higher productivity level (5%) Develops and maintains customer relationships. (20%) Develops written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts. (10%)Minimum Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree and minimum of five years related sales or customer service experience. Proven familiarity with sales processes, procedures and terminology Demonstrated computer skills, specifically working with personal computers Ability to multi-task and/or work on multiple sales accounts concurrently Numbers and details oriented Ability to work and strive in a dynamic work environment Ability to apply quality principles to work performed Preferred Skills Previous experience with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and/or value added resellers (VARs),brokers, exporters, retailers/etailers.Principal Accountabilities and Job Expectations Focuses on developing and expanding sales to new accounts Responsible for generating high sales volume consistently on a month-to-month basis Develops and maintains new vendor relationships Communicates complex information effectively over the phone and in person Adheres to standard operating procedures, including code of conduct Ability to facilitate discussionsPhysical Requirements Keying data to computer (manual dexterity) –6+ hours a day (continuous sitting) Frequent to continuous use of hands, manual dexterity involved and phone usageMental Requirements Work in a fast-paced work environment where there are multiple demands and constant deadlines Position has sales productivity goals and/or quotasTools, Materials and Equipment Used Standard office equipment including but not limited to computer, phone, fax, copy machine, printer Sales logs, reference books Interested candidates please email your resume to recruiting@synnex.com .
