Solutions Architect (Unica)
RiverPoint is looking for a Solution Architect.
Essential Functions:
** Mapping requirements to Unica Affinium Campaign
** Performing infrastructure assessments for clients
** Documenting technical project details
** Eliciting and understanding client requirements and translating into backend technical implementation and documentation
** Identifying campaigns to be built and any related technical requirements
** Setting up backend table and fields for use with campaign software
** Interacting with clients** technical resources to understand and modify their systems
** Defining and documenting technical best practices
** Installing and configuring server software
Knowledge & Skills - What supports our employee's ability to succeed?
** Experience installing and configuring server software (Unica)
** Knowledge of one or more of the following: IBM DB2, Oracle, Informix, Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase or Teradata
** Strong knowledge of hardware/server architecture: IBM AIX, HP-UX, Microsoft Windows Server, and/or Sun Solaris
** Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting web servers: IBM WebSphere, BEA WebLogic or Microsoft IIS
** Familiarity with system administration tasks
** Business analysis skills ** able to effectively interview clients to elicit their requirements
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills
** Data warehouse experience
