Will make a significant impact on the organization and deliver breakthrough results. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and drive Six Sigma projects focusing on customer satisfaction, process efficiency, automation and productivity to deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefit * Partner with Process Owners and Champions to drive results * Provide expertise of DMAIC methodology, Lean, advanced statistical techniques and quality tools * Train, coach and mentor Process Owners, Champions, Green Belts and project teams * Act as change agent to lead, facilitate and manage change across the organization * Assist executive management in converting data analytics into information that drives business results; monitor performance and improvements in key metrics * Works on complex technical projects or unique business issues requiring state of the art technical knowledge or where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. * Known in the department/group as the 'knowledge base' of information. May be the in-house expert on specific technologies. * Evaluates progress and results, and recommends major changes in procedures to accomplish tasks. * Plans and conducts assignments, and may lead or direct assignments that are generally larger and more important projects, or works on multiple projects at one time. * Well-developed leadership qualities enabling mentoring of others. Often contributes to and assists with the review and evaluation of personnel performance. Required Skills: * 5+ years experience in a corporate environment. * 3+ years experience in process re-engineering or quality management. * 3 or more years of experience in Six Sigma desired Experience delivering global cross-functional reengineering projects with demonstrated success and financial results. * Proven success leading large, complex Six Sigma projects, along with, technical competency in Six Sigma skills such as DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen/Work-out, process management and change management. * Strong leadership skills with proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams. * Demonstrated ability to effectively coach and train Process Owners, Champions, Green Belts and project teams. * Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization. * Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations. * Demonstrated leadership, project management, facilitation, problem-solving and communication skills. * Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field. * Business travel of approximately 10%.Certifications:* Six Sigma Green Belt * Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Lean Master (desired) * PMP Certification (desired)There's never been a better time to join CA.
