Site Contract Administrator

Sabre is currently recruiting for a Site Contract Administrator to work in Swiftwater, PA.

 

Job Description:

Candidates will provide commercial oversight, procurement, coordination, expediting, and contract administration for procurement transactions regarding capital construction projects. Candidate will also perform evaluation of data regarding suppliers; market initiatives and develop cost savings initiatives; and operate as the key construction and engineering contract expert including local regulations, competitive markets, facilitation of contract negotiations and bid analysis, and supply chain management while ensuring best quality, service, and price are achieved.



 Candidate will be involved with the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) process and procedures.

 



Job Requires: Candidate must have 10+ years’ Project Management, Project Engineering, or Procurement experience to include planning and managing capital projects including use of engineering and construction management firms. Candidate must also be proficient in strategic sourcing practices, procurement process, requisitioning and purchasing of materials, contract negotiations, commercial terms and conditions, suppliers relationship management and service level agreements, contract law, and local regulations and policies regarding construction. This position also requires one to know the capabilities of local construction subcontractors as well as engineering and contractor firms, have project management and negotiation skills, and have superior analytical and decision making skills. PC proficiency, field office construction experience, and electronic sourcing are also required. Must have experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations). BS/MS/MBA/CPM required or equivalent expertise regarding commercial activities associated with engineering construction projects.
