This would include involving Senior developers to resolve technical issues Installs, upgrades and configures field desktop computers, Siebel applications, remote connectivity. Provides Field users with Siebel and desktop technical support. This includes directing them to the appropriate resolve group if necessary. Responds to the needs and questions of users concerning their access of resources on the network.
