Within Pitney Bowes' shared service IT organization TechCentral, we are looking to fill the position of a Sales & Marketing project manager   Position Description:   This position is responsible for the collection, analysis, review, documentation and communication of business needs and requirements to the IT CRM organization.    The incumbent creates functional designs consistent with the internal application architecture, ensuring quality systems integration and end user testing, as well as managing all project life cycle activities. The incumbent will be responsible for critical work and/or complex projects enterprise wide, managing cross-functional teams and covering multiplelines of business   The incumbent works with business leaders and acts as a liaison between IT, business units and technology suppliers. He/she must demonstrate mastery of CRM business processes and how they can be implemented on Siebel 7.x applications.   Roles:   Performs all aspects of project delivery from project scoping and definition to its successful execution. Manages day-to-day execution of project implementations. Assists with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project. This requires strong, demonstrated project leadership skills combined with general business knowledge and in-depth analytical skills. Acts as an IT representative to the Sales business units for project and enhancement work. Translates business needs into function requirements that can be understood by a technical resource. Coordinates with PB suppliers (on-shore and offshore) to make certain requirements and functional specs are of high quality. Negotiates with suppliers to ensure PB optimizes its cost structure (on-shore and off-shore). Performs all work according to the TechCentral processes governed by SOX, PMI and CMMI. Provides project leadership across teams of business analysts and external suppliers as required. Possesses experience documenting technical complex ideas. 3-5 years of implementing enterprise-wide CRM applications (Siebel 7.x, or SAP CRM), specifically related to call-center and/or Sales force automation processes. 2-3 years of demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology (MS a plus). Attended various Project Management courses in preparation for certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP). Demonstrated history of delivering high quality results on schedule and within budget. Business process knowledge of marketing and sales organizations - Quotas, forecasting, campaign execution and configurable products a plus.
