DescriptionSiebel Integration Developer will provide technical design and development for our CRM implementation, including integration & customization. This senior level position will provide technical direction and hands-on development & integration work, working closely with our vendor partners.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with vendor partners to provide best-practice assurance across package utilization, customizations, integration, maintainability, etc. Design & develop CRM interfaces via EIA & EIM components Ensure comprehensive unit testing, app level alerting, error handling, etc. are in place for CRM Work closely with peer development, QA, operations, etc. teams to ensure close communication & successful testing, deployment, issue resolution Post-production development support Required Skills Strong configuration knowledge - Siebel Tools, Workflow, EIA, EIM, Integatrion Tools (WAS, MQ Series BEA, SeeBeyond, Fusion, etc.), eScript, VB Script, Business Services Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Intermediate level proficiency with Java, OOP and HTML programming languages. Expert level proficiency with Oracle databases. Intermediate level proficiency with VSS and CVS. Basic level proficiency with Windows NT and Linux (RedHat, SUSE, Debian) servers. Intermediate level proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems. Excellent oral and written communication; interpersonal skills Excellent analytical, research and problem solving skills Strong mathematical aptitude Required Experience 2-4 years of Siebel integration development experience required 2-4 years of CRM package development, integration, maintenance required 7+ yrs experience working in an Information systems role Bachelor's degree and experience in an IT related field required Seibel 7 or 8 Core Consultant Certifications preferredScottrade, Inc., an equal opportunity employer, is committed to inclusion and a diverse workforce.
