IntraISP currently is seeking a Service Support Technician for our headquarters in St. Louis, MO. This is a full-time position and requires a minimum two years of work or equivalent educational experience. The ideal candidate will have worked in a medium to large support organization and have understanding of administrative processes and how they impact environments. We're specifically interested in candidates with helpdesk or network operations center experience. DutiesPosition will be responsible to doing a variety of administration tasks per detailed work instructions. These responsibilities include handling tasks such as:• New user provisioning to include desktop, phone, access, facilities and email.• Access requests from end users and customers for systems, datacenter and databases.• Performing access audits on the systems, datacenter and databases.• Systematically pushing developer’s changes around all environments.Qualifications: • Experience following detailed technical work instructions.• History of working with technology experts with different backgrounds to draft work instructions.• A background of working with end users and outside customers. Candidates possessing the following qualifications are preferred: • Windows or Ubuntu desktop support experience.• Asterisks, open source PBX experience.• Zimbra, open source messaging and collaboration.• Experience with Microsoft Office Products.• A background in Linux administration or shell scripting>>>>>This position's shift will be Thursday to Sunday, 4 days of 10 hour shifts.
