Service Delivery Specialist - Telecom/Networking Tech Support

Endeavor Service Delivery Specialists are charged with providing technical support to Endeavor’s North American field service technicians and are responsible for quality assurance. Day-to-day operational activities include the logging field technicians onsite for an installation or repair call, providing the field technician all of the required information and guidance in order to successful complete the dispatch, and logging the field technician offsite to assure a quality closure.  

 

Service Delivery Specialist will perform the above functions using Endeavor's in-house management information system, Endeavor Service Portal (ESP). The majority of work in ESP will be related to the real-time updating of ESP with activities that are occur before, while, and after Endeavor Field Engineers are on site. A Service Delivery Specialist’s typical workday is utilized as follows: 40% responding to field technician phone calls, 50% responding to customer phone calls, and 10% equipment configuration and lab work.

In order to be considered for the position of Service Delivery Specialist, candidates must meet the following requirements:

4-year degree from an accredited college/university (or equivalent experience) is preferred.

Computer technology and data networking background

CONFIDENCE & PROFESSIONALISM

Superb Computer Skills (Windows)

Strong Networking Skills (TCP/IP)

Knowledge of DSL and T1 fundamentals, Inside Wiring (IW), and Cat5 Cabling is a major plus (but not required).

Ability to learn complex technical information very quickly

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to work and excel in a fast-paced environment

Excellent knowledge of the Internet, email, MS Word, and MS Excel

Ability to type no fewer than 40 words per minute while on the phone.

 

Full-Time Salary is firmly established at 30,000 to 40,000, plus benefits.

Part-Time Hourly Rate is $14.00+ per hour.  Part-time positions are available.

 

Service Delivery Specialists are full-time employees and provided a comprehensive salary with paid holidays and vacation. After 90 days of employment, Endeavor pays 100% of a full benefits plan including medical and dental insurance.
