I am seeking a talented entrepreneur for a Senior Technical Sales Manager opportunity.Objective: Sell IT services including outsourcing focused on MotorolaWhat you need for this position: • Proven track record of exceeding quota and minimum of 12 years experience with at least 4 years in a senior management role • Experience selling large IT service deals and/or large scale software & related services (ERP) Familiarity with the global delivery model and driving sales within this type of account. • Proven ability to sell large scale technology solutions to major manufacturers C Level Executives Relationship Development, develop and leverage existing relationships with potential buyers inside this account • Forward thinker who can solve business problems that currently keep IT Leaders and their staff awake at night • Strong Hunter mentality • IT Outsourcing experience • Currently in IT Service Sales and employed or recently employed by a major IT Services Organization • Must be entrepreneurial • Good consultative selling skills • BE/BS or equivalentWhat you will be doing: • Front line selling, prospecting and account management • Support/participate in any written or oral proposal development, client presentation activities, client site visits; review solution plans, cost models and written proposals as appropriate to ensure alignment with sales strategy, win themes, and price-to-win • Analyze market opportunities, identifying critical success factors and business drivers, and win new business • Interact at C-levels; VP Engineering/VP Services levels in client organizations • Sell Offshore delivery modelsBackground required: Candidates from Tier 1 & 2 offshore outsourcing companies and boutique vendors servicing the ISV, Product Engineering of the enterprise IT landscape.
