Senior Technical Recruiter

Our organzation is looking for a creative, energetic and professional mid-senior level recruiter to lead the full-life cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions for our current opportunities as well as building a pipeline for upcoming contract awards.

 

You will need to bring your top-notch communication skills by working with candidates and hiring managers to add value to the recruitment function. We are looking for a recruiting professional with 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in the government contracting industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creative sourcing techniques and the ability to perform complex functions, establish priorities, resolve issues independently and in coordination with the VP of Human Resources.

 

Successful candidates will be able to: multi-task, use time management skills to operate well in a deadline oriented environment, proactively anticipate business needs, provide appropriate level of follow up to candidates/hiring managers/department members, work both independently and in team settings.

¨  Required is a minimum of 4 years full life cycle recruiting experience for government contracting

¨  Ability to source and place cleared candidates

¨  Must have demonstrated ability in prescreening and interviewing all candidates and guiding hiring managers in the hiring process

¨  Posting job requisitions in accordance with OFCCP government regulations and company guidelines

¨  AAP preparation highly desireable

¨  Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of candidates, employees and management

¨  Must have the ability to work independently

¨  Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills required

¨  Proficiency in Microsoft office and applicant tracking system experience required – ABRA, CyberRecruiter, Crystal Reports experience desired

¨  Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

¨  Excellent organizational and analytical skills

¨  Creative sourcing experience (job boards, mailing lists, user groups/networking, trade organizations, cold calling, referrals, etc.)

¨  Degree with concentration in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, Marketing, Psychology or PHR/SPHR certification desired

¨  4 years  minimum of technical recruiting experience

¨  Recruiting experience in a federal government contracting community

¨  Must be able to develop reports, track trends, and function in the applicant tracking tool. Must have full understanding of employment laws and regulations. Ability to assist in other HR areas is desired. 

 

Bachelors Degree with concentration in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, Marketing, Psychology or PHR/SPHR certification desired
