Senior Stellent Content Management Developer/Administrator Job Description: Senior Stellent Content Management Developer/AdministratorThe Sr. Stellent developer is expected to focus on the creation, management, and delivery of cutting edge web solutions (internet & intranet) to support strategic business initiatives. Qualifications  Minimum 6 – 8 years of directly relevant technical experience (e.g., providing architectural, design, development, technical support, and/or advisory services for Web application development. Must have 5 years of core programming experience in ASP or Java (or related technology), as well as a minimum of 5 year of current Stellent/Oracle development experience. Full understanding of Content Server/UCM security models, including authentication through third party methods Create and maintain sites developed with Stellent Content Server, Stellent Content Publisher, or Stellent Site Studio. Full understanding of Content Server metadata, including content types, custom information fields,user metadata & workflow processes Design, implement, develop and test Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions using Stellent (Oracle UCM) Install and configure Stellent development environments Full understanding of Content Server/UCM security models, including authentication through third party methods Expert knowledge of J2EE environment ( JSP, Servlets, JDBC, JMS, JMX,JNDI), Java, XML, JavaScript, XML, XHTML,  HTML, CSS, ASP, SQL, VBScript Web Services, Web 2.0 technologies: DHTML, Ajax/JavaScript, XML, web services API., Windows Service. PHP, UML tools. Demonstrated ability to technical lead and develop large-scale web applications. Strong graphics / UI / usability design &development skills. Working knowledge of Inbound Refinery and TIF to PDF Conversion Strong testing, debugging and documentation skills Skilled in structured application design demonstrated by the ability to clearly translate business requirements into a system design.
