Senior SAP SCM Consultant (full time)

HISNA (Hyundai Information Service North America) is a subsidiary of Hyundai and Kia Motor companies specializing in IT services.  HISNA was formed 3 years ago to support IT needs of Hyundai and Kia Motor companies in North America.  We are growing and we need more hands!

 
Summary

Work under the supervision of project coordinator and senior consultant to provide solutions to SAP SCM related production issues using PP, MM, SD, WM and QM modules and handling new development requests.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 - Work under the supervision of project coordinator and senior consultant to provide solutions to SAP PP, MM, SD, WM and/or QM related issues and new development requests
- Research the root cause of related problems and provide solutions
- Propose and test corrective action with Users
- Work with management and end users to resolve work related issues and provide solutions
- Track progress and closure of issues and provide end user training
- Document policies and procedures
- Act as a liaison between end users and ABAP developers for report spec design and program testing
- Familiar with SAP EDI processes
- IMG Configuration of SAP PP,MM, SD and/or QM modules
- Understand PP,MM, SD and/or QM master data and the relationship among them
- Experience with Foreign Trade Zone and Import system is a plus
 

Qualifications/Requirements:

- 2+ years of hands on configuration and support SAP PP,MM, SD, WM and/or QM (in production, not limited to development).
- 1 full life cycle implementation experience is a plus.
- configuration, production support, and process experience are strongly preferred.
 

Education/Training:

- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology.
