You will have both technical and non-technical recruiting responsibilities ranging from Senior Managers, IV&V and IPOC consultants and Senior Information Architects to cleared personel for classified Federal programs.


Responsibilities include:

- Research business strategy and competitive positions of various client groups and develop strategies to ensure quick turnaround on difficult to fill positions.

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates in areas of focus.

- Develop internet and research based “lead generation� techniques to uncover top talent.

- Build and maintain strong partnerships with contingency agencies and targeted industry groups.

- Solid understanding of EEO, AA, and FLSA wage and hour laws.

- Create metrics and documentation that accurately reflect work activity.
