Senior Project Manager, Data Center Transformation

Our people combine expertise in systems integration, outsourcing, infrastructure, server technology and consulting with precision thinking and relentless execution to help clients, in more than 100 countries, quickly and efficiently achieve competitive advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesNote: You can be located in any US city west of the Mississippi River; you will work from home when you are not at client sites.Working within the Systems & Technology Business Unit, you will be responsible for project management and oversight of large data center related consulting engagements, primarily for transformation and/or consolidation.You will provide thought leadership around the creation and maintenance of Unisys methodologies in the data center transformation space.You will also participate in some level of pre-sales efforts to pursue engagements and win business, as well as execution after the sale to ensure that the clients' expectations are met.Day to Day WorkWorking with both clients and Unisys teams, you will develop and refine data center consolidation solutions including Statements Of Work, deliverables, process, scope and competitive position. In addition it is expected that you will help to establish S & T's creditability in the market leading to market leadership.QualificationsMust Have:At least 10 years experience in IT consulting, project management, client delivery, etc.Proven field experience in running a data center transformation project. Must be able to describe role, responsibilities and the project outcome in detail.
