Senior Project Manager

Description:The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for supporting the definition, monitoring and concurrent execution of multiple projects to meet business needs and priorities with in quality, budget, and time constraints.Qualifications:*5-7 years experience successfully delivering multiple cross functional projects that fulfilled business and/or IT needs and priorities with in quality, budget, and time constraints. *Experience managing the entire life cycle of projects from concept through implementation.*Experience successfully establishing and managing supplier/vendor relationships in an IT environment.*Systems integration experience involving the interfacing of complex systems components with one another.*B.S., Computer Science, MIS, or related technical field.*Prince2 or Project Management Institute CertificationTechnical skills and abilities:* Business acumen combined with technical infrastructure background* Understanding of infrastructure architecture such as server, network, database, telephony or security upgrades* Knowledge of a formal Project Management Methodology such as PMI, Prince2, or CMM or a company grown methodology * Knowledge of the system development life cycle(SDLC)* Strong personality, with the ability to manage, influence and lead people* Ability to deliver results under pressure* Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Microsoft Project * Flexibility with respect to hours.Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceING DIRECT offers one of the best benefits plans around, providing medical and dental health coverage; flexible spending accounts; 401K retirement plans and fitness programs.Job Location: Wilmington, DEJob Number: 6128Company Profile:Why join the ING DIRECT team?
