Senior Process Analyst

This position can be based in either Cary, NC or Ashburn, VA

 

Project Details:

 

Selected process consultant will assess current provisioning environment and create "As is" statements in order to document the existing process. Will interface and work with the provisioning team to understand current cycle times, conduct motion studies, swim lanes, process flows-understand entry, double entry, delay times for getting a customer provisioned. 

 

Will then assist with creating a "To be" process in order to reduce the provisioning time of a new customer.  This will consist of coming up with a new process that will need to be documented and evaluated with evidence from the metrics and reporting consultant.

 

 

Experience:

10+ years of business process experience

10+ years of requirements experience

Recent telecom experience - Wire line

Experience with provisioning systems

Experience with a modeling tool such as Websphere Business Modeler (nice to have)

Familiarity with Rummler-Brache process (nice to have)
