Senior PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst

Description:We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HRIS Compensation Analyst at our Newport Beach office. This position is primarily responsible for the support, design, implementation, and maintenance of a quality HR Management System assuring that required work plan, code testing, debugging, and documentation are completed according to specifications for on-going support, upgrades, and new functionality.Responsibilities:-Functional Lead for PeopleSoft Total Comp Implementations & Production Support-Act as liaison between Compensation group and IT-Recognize business processes that can be improved through technology or best practices and recommend/build solutions-Create business requirement documents to ensure technical specifications can be developed-Document specification, user manuals, procedures, and other relevant information-Monitor trends and new developments in Total Comp and make recommendations for new technology enhancements for business applications-Ensure that data integrity is maintained by placing proper control checks when processing data-Provide set-up, configuration and maintenance of tables within the PeopleSoft systemStart a lasting career with CB Richard Ellis!We offer a competitive salary and benefits.Qualifications:Requirements:-Bachelors degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university and/or 4-8 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent to a combination of education and work experience in the area of Human Resources, Compensation and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)-General knowledge of Compensation business processes and data needs-Knowledge of PeopleSoft processes and configuration - in one or more of the following areas: Total Comp/ePerformance/ HR/Benefits/T&L/Payroll/ELM/eRecruit/ ESS/MSS-Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents and business requirements-Advanced analytical, quantitative and project management skills-Must be detail oriented and quality driven and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. -Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills-Ability to create queries using PeopleSoft query tool or other report generation tools-Ability to analyze and interpret Compensation related dataSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceJob Location: Newport Beach, CAJob Number: 3886Company Profile:About CB Richard EllisCB Richard Ellis Group, Inc.
