Senior Oracle Functional/Technical Solution Owner

Ability to interpret and document requirements and processes, in conjunction with current system configuration, to develop solutions for business problems.
Project management of small to medium sized initiatives; due to size of initiative, this could involve participation in all levels of project activities.
Must be cognizant of what all of the other business groups are doing relative to the project.
Coordinate with team and drive accountability and completion of assigned deliverables.
Communicate directly with the customer account manager for the solution business owner.
Develop and execute on communication plans for each project.
Proactively manage execution, identify and communicate potential delays and alternatives to mitigate and minimize impact to timeline.
Understand project dependencies both within and across Oracle modules.
Facilitate approach and plan recalibrations; when necessary, identify alternatives to optimize plan
Represents project/programs to leadership for issue escalation and status
Maintain, develop, and enhance Oracle Application programs, processes, and interfaces
Provide Subject Matter Expertise related to implemented Oracle modules; understand, in detail, the current configuration and related business processes.
Configuration of Oracle Application Modules to support current and existing solutions.
Evaluate new technologies, processes, etc., for suitability of use and implementation.

Required Skills:
5 Years experience Oracle 11i applications in two or more of the following modules: Purchasing, Inventory, Projects, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, iExpense, Fixed Assets
Experience as module lead or supervisor in an Oracle E-Business Suite implementation.
Technical experience with forms, reports, interface, conversion development for Oracle E-Business Suite modules, a plus.
Knowledge of business operations in purchasing, accounting, accounts payables, inventory and fixed assets.
Strong analytical, written, problem solving and communications skills.
Experience and Understanding of a multi-org and multiple set of books environment is required.
