Senior Oracle DBA - 6074

Description:ResponsibilitiesAbout the OpportunitySenior Database Administrator Candidate is expected to be familiar with architecture, logical and physical design, automation, documentation, installs, shell scripting, PL/SQL programming, backup & recovery, monitoring, and database and query tuning. Candidate must have good analytical, verbal and written skills. Oracle 10g experience required.Full life cycle support of client's database(s). Responsible database backups, recoveries, patches, upgrades and performance tuning. Will also be required to work with developers to design and build new structures to support future enhancements to the applications. Candidate must have good analytical, verbal and written skills. Experience with data architecture, data modeling, database and data warehouse design, database management and performance tuning, data extraction/transformation/loading (ETL).
