Senior Internet Performance Engineer
You don't do day-to-day development, but you are well-versed in software development and design. You are familiar with database, Linux, and hardware systems. You also have experience with different programming languages such as C, Java, PHP, and scripting languages. Especially, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You also like the challenge of improving a large web site's page performance and eliminate its bottleneck.
Job Description
Responsible for web site's performance enhancement and tuning. Review new project's possible impact on site performance.
Job Requirement
- More than 3 years of development experience
- Plus 2 years of large web site performance tuning experience (both front-end web and backend)
- Experienced in Web (jsp, servlet, ajax) development
- Expertise in Java and C/C++ development
- Expertise in tools for performance testing and monitoring
- Excellent communication skills and proof of technical leadership
- Proficiency in Chinese is essential
