Senior Infrastructure Architect

The position will be responsible for developing RFP responses and developing solution architecture for Outsourcing pursuits. The hiree will be responsible for developing and refining all solution requirements, participate in client due diligence as well as other client meetings as required. Hiree will also be responsible for continuously updating financial, solution ratios and staying abreast of industry trends in the desktop/Service Desk environment. Hiree will need to have the following skills: 1. Knowledge of distributed control systems including event montoring, remote monitoring, offshore solutioning, Virtualiing servers, Blade technology. 2. Knowledge of IBM mainframe and Wintel, Unix server operations and capacity planning and performance issues 3. ITIL knowledge, prefer Foundation Certification 4. Knowledge of project management preferrably PMI certified 5. Knowledge of server support services 6.
