This is an internal, fulltime IT position located in our Wilton, CT Audit Support Center.

Required Skills:

• Experience using a Help Desk ticket tracking system
• Experience supporting Microsoft products including Terminal Server
• Expert troubleshooting capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to identify and recommend improvements
