Security Clearance is highly desireable.

Summary/Purpose: We are seeking a Senior Data Warehouse Developer who has 8+ years IT development experience with at least 5 years of BI/DW development experience. The candidate needs to be proficient in ETL and reporting tools. The candidate must have good understanding of complete BI/DW development, testing and deployment lifecycle.
 Responsibilities:
 Ø     Analysis, design, test and development of data extract, transform, and load processes within the enterprise data warehouse environment.
Ø     Ability to work independently and as a team player with minimal supervision and effectively meet project deadlines.
Ø     Must have good technical and problem solving abilities along with good communication and documentation skills.
Requirements
Ø     Experience Required: 8+ years IT experience. 5+ years using ETL Tools such as Informatica, Ab Initio, Data Stage, RDBM’s: Teredata, Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server in a DW environment and or custom ETL scripting.
Ø     Must be an analytical thinker who can translate business requirements for information/data content needs into actionable ETL source-to-target data mapping and business logic for extracting/transforming/loading source system data into a data warehouse.
Ø     Ability to analyze source data for potential data quality issues and address these issues in the ETL procedures
Ø     Experience in designing complex reports for Data marts and Adhoc reporting.
Ø     Strong general SQL knowledge for utilization in query optimization and tuning in a BI environment
Ø     Candidates with experience in other reporting tools like Cognos, Microstrategy and Business Objects may also be considered, if they have good experience using any ETL tool.
