Senior Consultant, Business Information

Rapid growth of our Strategic Consulting Services portfolio has created the need for a Strategic Business Services Consultant to deliver specialized knowledge to organizations creating a data quality strategy or beginning a data governance initiative.

Objective:

 

· Deliver on-site data quality expertise through our Strategic Consulting Services packages to large organizations developing or otherwise executing a strategy for data governance, data quality, or other data driven initiative at the enterprise level.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

· Lead discussions and presentations with clients on data governance planning, strategic planning, and other data quality focused initiatives

· Assist clients with business plan development of data quality initiatives

· Provide advice to clients on defining the measurement of data quality ROI metrics as it applies to their business

· Help clients determine needed resource skills and staffing for their specific data quality initiative

· Help clients sell data quality value within the organization through senior management discussions, presentations, and other communications

· Assist in developing new business service programs and growing existing ones through the advancement of techniques, methodologies, messaging, marketing, and delivery of the services.

 

Requirements:

 

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to present and connect to large and targeted audiences of business professionals, information technologists, and corporate executives

· Good understanding and experience in working with sales teams in the selling process.

· Thorough working knowledge of data management techniques and methodologies

· Knowledge of the purpose and use of business systems such as CRM, MDM, ERP, and other enterprise software solutions

· Experience with data quality tools and their role in enterprise data management

· Ability to converse with both technical and business communities

· Previous experience in the business consulting space assisting the management of organizations with the planning and/or execution of strategic initiatives

· Ability to travel
