Senior Business Systems Analyst

Description:The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is responsible for partnering with the business in analysis of process and information needs to clearly identify and document project requirements for technology solutions. Focus of the role is to build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary contact-point for the business to engage IT for solution analysis services. In addition to helping lead in the creation of analysis and requirements definition standards for the organization, the Senior BSA will also specialize in a specific competency within Requirements Management or Business Systems Analysis and lead the ongoing improvement of that element within the team.
