Job Description

 

 

Senior Enterprise Architecture Analyst with IT experience in the area of Military Healthcare Systems (MHS) and/or functional background in Health Care.

 

Duties and responsibilities include:

 Analysis of enterprise architectureBusiness Process modeling in a health care environmentDocumentation of data/enterprise architectureProvide analytical support in medical health systemsAssist in preparing and reviewing  Policies, Plans, Presentations, and White papersUnderstanding of IT architectures

 

The following knowledge, skills, and or abilities are required:

 DoD or VA Health Care experienceKnowledge of requirements of health care delivery systems and standardsAnalytical or clinical management or supervisory experience in the health care fieldBusiness Process ReengineeringSystems and Software Engineering knowledge Ability to communicate well with team and customerKnowledge of requirements development methodologyKnowledge of software development lifecycleKnowledge of medical health systems (preferably DoD or VA)Strong writing and presentation skills

 Facilitation of workgroupsUnderstanding of SOA (system functions, system interfaces)Current knowledge of DoDAF and FEAUnderstanding of Healthcare Standards such as HL7, HIPAA, HITSPKnowledge and use of common database structure and queriesUnderstanding of the DoD Acquisition processKnowledge of health care lexicon technologies/servicesExpertise in BPMN and UMLExpertise with System ArchitectKnowledge of data asset management
