Gathers and organizes information on problem or procedures including present operating procedures. Interprets data gathered, develops information and considers available solutions or alternate methods of proceeding. Organizes and documents findings of studies and prepares recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures or organizational changes. Confers with personnel concerned to ensure smooth functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. Researches and recommends installation of new and highly complex systems Trains personnel in their application. Conducts operational effectiveness reviews to ensure functional or project systems are applied and functioning as designed. Applies business consulting practices in order to translate technical requirements for process improvements into readily accessible language when interpreting analyses. Creates conceptual and functional management systems for new and enhanced systems in coordination with technology analysts, external vendors and consultants. Assists government leaders in executing program management functions on major DoD acquisitions; developing and maintaining policy, processes, plans and schedules; generating concepts and developing them into innovative, effective solution recommendations; analyzing and assessing complex programs and problems to identify potential opportunities or disconnects; monitoring effective application of policy, processes, and plans. Candidates will advise senior government officials on matters related to program management, operations and BMDS Block Integration. Candidate's primary duty will be as a BMDS system integration manager. The integration manager is responsible for coordination and collaboration between the elements, functionals and the warfighter representatives on all Change Packages that affect the BMDS. An in-depth understanding of the BMDS system is highly desired. Outstanding written and oral communication skills are essential. Current Secret security clearance is required.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology or related field preferred Eleven or more years of business solutions experience Experience working with company products, services, management practices, and business processes Experience working with the business environment, business industry and competitor products and services Experience working with business consulting practices and techniques Experience working with administrative and/or workflow systems Other Qualifications Current Secret Security Clearance Strong communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and management Strong creative thinking, problem solving, planning, time-management and organization skills to balance and prioritize work Strong human relations skills Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks Ability to lead and work in a team environment Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:Secret Create Success
