The Security Design Engineer will serve as a key member of the Security Engineering team, leading several highly visible security initiatives like Data Leak Protection, Network Security, and Security Information Management.
The role also represents Security Engineering with ongoing projects like enterprise messaging, Active Directory consolidation, and configuration management.
Requirements: 7+ years in IT and Information Security in a large environment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly technical environment Experience bringing large projects from concept to production Vendor selection and product evaluation experience Advantages: Active Directory - GPOs, Federation, Trusts, Architecture, Auditing System Security: Windows, Solaris, AIX, RedHat platforms – system hardening / build integration, system standards Network Security: Cisco IDS, Routers, Firewalls, Switches SIM: Event Correlation, Security Monitoring, Logging, TACACS+ Visio and Excel
