Security Administration Group Manager

Purposes: The Security Administration group manager is responsible to provide ready access to Church technologies while meeting security and regulatory requirements. Establishes and communicates security identity and access control vision.  Will work closely with Church Organizations, and ICS Divisions (Architecture, Infrastructure, Development and Operations) to develop, implement, monitor and continuously improve the components of identity and access management. Creates and implements security guidelines, access standards, strengthening mechanisms for systems and governance policies.  Reports to the CISO.  As a senior manager determines group direction, priorities and processes, and influences overall Church IT strategy and policy.Responsibilities: List responsibilities in order of importance including percentage of time spent on each. Responsible for Church enterprise-wide identity and access management and security administration servicesResponsible for budgeting, staffing and product managementOverseeing the administration of identity and access provisioning and de-provisioning, including technical supervision of the IMS Admin groupProvide and maintain a common security methodology for application roles and privilegesManaging teams comprised of various disciplines and backgroundsConsulting with various departments on technical requirements and compliance issuesQualifications: Requires a bachelors degree in computer science or a related field; a masters is strongly preferred. CISSP or SANS GIAC certifications are required. Must have ten or more years experience in identity, access control and security management.  Expertise in enterprise and specialty security system product design, implementation and administration. Demonstrated project management, with the ability to think critically and decompose complex problems quickly and thoroughly. Strong, broad technical background required. Must have a solid understanding of architectural and system details. Must have project planning, organizing, communicating, team motivating and delegating skills. Must be goal oriented, action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined.
