Security Abuse Specialist
Primary responsibilities include handling all incoming inquiries pertaining to phishing spamming and hacking activity. The ideal candidate will be detailed-oriented have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills. Exercises sound judgment and is self motivated. Must be able to multi-task. Excellent understanding of the Internet web hosting network operations and DNS scripting. Moderate understanding of HTML JavaScript and front-end coding. Must be able to pass background check. Required to work one weekend day every week.
