Seattle Admin/Project Coordinator

Admin/Assistant/Project Coordinator Responsibilities

· Independently own, drive, and deliver assigned tasks and milestones, consistently exceeding expectations

· Manage multiple concurrent tasks, creating consensus or escalating issues, as necessary

· Schedule meetings/events from two participants to large, complex groups of attendees

· Represent a team as a consummate professional in front-line activities including phones, email, meetings, etc.

Qualifications

· Previous Microsoft experience as “blue-badge”, “a-“, or “v-“

· Strong knowledge of user interface and functionality design required.

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to anticipate needs and task, acting proactively to ensure the success of the team

· Bachelor's degree or 2 - 3 years work related experience required
