The Sales Specialist role is responsible for a significant percent of company revenue. Their main goal is to promote and sell iSite PACS system to healthcare institution in the Region they are given. In addition, they gain customer commitment and trust by ethically, professionally, and technically representing the Company Your Responsibilities: Philips is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist for our PACS division, home of iSite, the industry leader in PACS solutions. This position is responsible for the orders budgets for the assigned region. Develop and implement Medical IT and Picture Archiving Communications Systems (PACS) strategies for penetration on competitive accounts. Develop Radiology PACS Business Plan with PACS Sales Director. Provide input to corporate Radiology PACS Marketing regarding market trends, product issues and competitive activity. Monitor and direct activities for any luminary and reference sites in coordination with the Region/Zone. Responsible for total Region PACS price realization in coordination with the Region Participate in recruiting, developing and evaluating Account Managers in cooperation with the Region. Provide technical sales support as needed. Maintain technical and competitive expertise of Account Managers Apprise/advise Zone, Region, and Account Sales Managers on Radiology PACS specific issues. Participate in Zone Quality program activity. Your Profile: Ideal candidate will have three (3) years of high-tech capital equipment sales experience. Must have strategic selling skills and experience calling on the C" level within a hospital. Strong clinical/technical product and networking knowledge required. Cardiology or Radiology/Healthcare department operations knowledge is preferred. Must have the ability to support a sales force with varying experience and have strong training and coaching skills. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, as well as, group presentation skills are paramount to success in this position. BS/BS degree required, equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree. Candidates must live within the territory and be willing to travel 2-3 nights per week.
