Sales/Retail/Business Development Reference Id: ZYC186E2003E67 Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Contact Info: Apply by Email Sales Representative Job Summary Under general supervision, this job will focus on developing and expanding more complex sales accounts within an established business segment or geographical region (with progressively increasing higher sales volume). Additionally, employees in this role are considered role models within the sales team with the skills, abilities and experience to lead, cross train and mentor other sales representatives.Primary Duties and Responsibilities Meet and/or exceed assigned sales productivity goals and/or quotas on a regular basis. Focuses on developing and expanding new accounts. Leads, mentors and cross-trains other sales representatives to a higher productivity level Develops, handles and maintains new or more complex sales accounts in ‘Supplies' customer base, printer supplies, storage media, printers, PC's, hardware accessories, and/or software categories. Develops and maintains customer relationships. Develops written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts. Maintains current industry and job knowledge on all sales categories. Assists sales supervisor and/or sales manager on other sales projects Minimum Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree and minimum three years of related sales or customer service experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated abilities to train and mentors others in sales principles, practices, or technology Demonstrated business communication skills, including, but not limited to verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills Proven familiarity with sales processes, procedures and terminology Demonstrated computer skills, specifically working with personal computers Ability to multi-task and/or work on multiple sales accounts concurrently Numbers and details oriented Ability to rotate between sales groups Ability to work and strive in a dynamic work environment Ability to apply quality principles to work performed Preferred Skills Previous experience with office products dealers (OPD), original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and/or value added resellers (VARs) Previous experience in office or printer supplies sales, computer peripherals, retail sales, telesales or similar industry Ability to develop scripts used in developing new accounts and train others in using these scriptsInterested candidates please email your resume to recruiting@synnex.com .
