Sales Manager / Account Manager for IT staffing company

International Business Solutions, Ltd is a 12 year old IT staffing company based in Piscataway, NJ. We provide permanent and contract IT staffing across US. We are working with several Fortune 1000 clients as well as many State departments. We are looking for Sales professionals who can bring in business from the existing clients as well as develop new client base.

We are looking to hire Sales Professionals who have ability to bring in and manage accounts for our staffing business from our Piscataway Office.

We are looking for salespeople who enjoy selling technology and want to work with a progressive company.

We need self motivated people with a go-getter attitude. The person should be able to work independently as well as a part of team.

The ideal candidate should be able to identify potential clients, develop relationships, and build trust and confidence in these clients.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 - 5 years of technology staffing, consulting, technology service or hardware/software sales.

The candidate should have demonstrated ability to develop new business & leverage existing relationships in the IT market.

You must possess strong presentation and communication skills

The position provides a base with high commissions.
